The GAWDA Master Business Academy (aka GAWDA MBA) is a 16-week fully digital program for both current and aspiring leaders in our industry to learn the fundamentals of people management and business finance to grow in their careers.
GAWDA MBA is based on a streamlined MBA curriculum, with relevant and actionable knowledge every leader in our industry needs. In just 16 weeks you will learn how to build organizational alignment, empower your team to serve your customers better, and the financial fundamentals to building a more profitable community.
GAWDA MBA is a 16-week program that blends self-paced learning with live virtual sessions every 3 weeks to learn and discuss with your peers. (Can’t make a live session? No worries, you can watch the recording online afterwards.) By the end of this course you will have the knowledge, skills, and resources you need to be more successful.
Upon completion of this program you will receive a GAWDA Master Business Academy Certificate.
After the 16 weeks you will continue to have access to the eLearning for a full year to contine your learning journey.
