Privacy Statement

At GAWDA, we are committed to safeguarding your privacy. We want you to know how we may collect, use, share, and keep information about you and the choices that are available to you.
When we provide GAWDA products or services to you, we may also give you specific additional details about how we will use your Personal Information. If you have a GAWDA product or service that is not provided by GAWDA (such as subscriptions or educational offerings by one of our partners), please review the relevant privacy notice that covers such product or service or contact your product or service provider for information about their privacy practices.
This online privacy statement applies to GAWDA’s website. It does not apply to those websites that have their own online privacy statements.
Since we may change this online privacy statement, we recommend that you check the current version available from time to time. If we make changes to this statement, we will update the “Effective Date” at the bottom of this page.

Confidentiality

Except as required by law and in accordance with the GAWDA Internet Privacy Statement. GAWDA will maintain the confidentiality of all user communications which contain personal user information, and which are transmitted directly to GAWDA.
User should be aware that Linked Sites may contain confidentiality provisions that differ from the provisions provided herein. GAWDA is not responsible for such provisions, and expressly disclaims any and all liability related to such provisions.

Linked Internet Sites

GAWDA prohibits caching, unauthorized hypertext links to the Site and the framing of any Content available through the Site. GAWDA reserves the right to disable any unauthorized links or frames and specifically disclaims any responsibility for the Content available on any other Internet sites linked to the Site. Access to any other Internet sites linked to the Site is at the user’s own risk.
User should be aware that Linked Sites may contain rules and regulations, privacy provisions, confidentiality provisions, transmission of personal data provisions, and other provisions that differ from the provisions provided on the Site. GAWDA is not responsible for such provisions, and expressly disclaims any and all liability related to such provisions.

Payment

Cash Checks or all major Credit/Debit Cards are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full within thirty days. All goods remain the property of GAWDA until paid for in full.
Returned checks will incur a $25 charge to cover banking fees and administrative costs. In an instance of a second Returned check, we reserve the right to insist on future cash transactions only.

Cancellation Policy

Minimum 24 hours’ notice of cancellation required. Notification must be via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing.
Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
Both the member and GAWDA have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded unless otherwise stated on the registration page.

We have several different e-mail addresses for different queries. These, & other contact information can be found on our Contact Us link on our website or via GAWDA literature or via the GAWDA’s stated telephone, facsimile or mobile telephone numbers.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or manmade eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavors to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.
