The 2020 Cross-Industry Compensation and Benefits Study provides you with a better understanding of how your company’s compensation levels and benefits practices compare to other distributors/wholesalers. Industry Insights is the independent, third-party research company collecting and compiling the results of the study. They have more than 40 years of experience in conducting confidential, compensation and benefits benchmarking studies of this nature.
