 Registration Discount - Register before February 4 and receive $100 off of registration for the conference. Theregistration rate until February 4 is $435, after this date the registration fee will increase to $535.
Contact Booth Discount- The fee for a Contact Booth is $500 until February 4. After this date, the fee for a booth will be $600 (based on availability). Planning on Extending Your Stay? - GAWDA's special hotel rate of
$209 (plus 15.4% tax) is available from March 6 - March 13. Don't forget to identify yourself as a GAWDA member.

The official GAWDA room block at the Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers is SOLD OUT. The Sheraton has limited availability over the dates of the Chicago SMC and the GAWDA room rate is not guaranteed. As we get closer to the conference dates, please check with the Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers for availability. Rooms may open up due to cancellations. GAWDA group rates will be subject to availability.
The Westin Chicago River North, the Sheraton’s sister property, has availability at GAWDA’s group rate of $209/night. The hotel is approximately 8 blocks away from the Sheraton. To make reservations at the Westin, please call the hotel directly.
