A special GAWDA rate of $249.00, single or double occupancy, is available to conference attendees at the Intercontinental Miami Hotel. This rate is available three days prior and three days after the conference
subject to availability. Please make your reservation directly with the Intercontinental Miami Hotel on or before March 21, 2008 by calling 1-866-577-3753. When making your reservation please be sure to mention the GAWDA conference rate of $249.
The hotel will accept reservations at the reduced conference rate on a space-available basis until March 21, 2008. Reservations made after this date will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis at the nearest available rate. Applied to the room charge will be state and local taxes (13%). Reservations must be guaranteed with a major
credit card at the time of reservation. The Intercontinental Miami Hotel will charge one night’s room and tax at the time of reservation. Cancellations will be accepted at no charge until 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made later will result in no refund of the one night’s stay (room and tax).
